1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
1/4 cup (+ 1 – 2 tablespoons) almond milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup fruit of choice
1/4 cup granola
Mix together yogurt and milk until smooth. Stir in chia and hemp seeds and let sit 5 minutes. Once thickened transfer to a jar and top with fruit and granola.
